[No accurate location cited]. Clyde: this wooden steamship stranded near Port Logan on 15 June 1833. She was extensively salvaged or totally removed.

P Moir and I Crawford 1988.

This paddle steamship ran aground on 20 June 1833, first on rocks in Ardwell Bay and subsequently in Port Logan harbour (Portlogan Bay). There were apparently no casualties, the hundred passengers being landed before the vessel was refloated. This vessel was of 342 tons (unspecified), and of wooden construction.

The loss of this vessel is not cited by I G Whittaker (1998), presumably on account of her successful recovery.

Information from RCAHMS (RJCM), 18 July 2006.
