Stranraer, 30th Jan. The barque ARCHIBALD, of Memel, was wrecked on the Big Scaurs [Big Scare] rocks, at the entrance of the Bay of Luce, 27th inst.: chief mate and two seamen saved: the master and seven men took to the long boat, but no account of their safety has reached this place as yet.
