(Location cited as NJ 937 058). Bon-Accord Square and Crescent. Houses, begun in 1823 and built by Archibald Simpson. Two-storey, basement and attic. The N side of East Craibstone Street has unfortunaetely been destroyed but most of the frontage to the square to the W remains. Laid out for the Taylor Incorporation; designed with a sense of design and coherence for the whole area. The Crescent is a long and gently-curving terrace of identical two-storey houses overlooking the wide valley of the Justice Glen.

25 Bon Accord Terrace was altered in the early 20th century while nos. 3-17 form a crescent-shaped frontage.

NMRS, MS/712/83.
