(Location cited at NS554 742). This early 19th century, 2 storey and attic rubble building is on a rectangular plan. It has a 6 spoke, all iron overshot wheel, approximately 3 feet (0.91m) in width and 12 feet (3.66m) in diameter. The former mill building was in use as a tea room and office on the date of Hume's visit.
