Note

A township comprising thirty-seven roofed, eight unroofed buildings, seven of which are annotated as Ruins, fourteen enclosures and a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire, Island of Lewis 1854, sheet 38). A modern crofting township comprising fifty-three roofed, six partially roofed, thirty-seven unroofed buildings and the fragmentary remains of the head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1974).
