Notes Clerk of Works, Commercial Bank of Scotland. 2-storey, 5-bay, asymmetrical, gabled, rectangular-plan, bank, Scottish Renaissance style. Turret to right. Yellow ashlar sandstone, tooled sandstone to sides and rear. Base course, cavetto moulded cornice to ground floor, cill band to 1st floor, projecting eaves course.
