Situated at the corner of Alloway Park and Barns Park is a sandstone two storey villa.

Built about 1875 in the Italianate style with a slated roof and semi-circular-plan bay window with small finial, on the W elevation. Built for John Gordon McMillan.

The villa first appears on the OS 25-inch map of 1896 (Ayrshire, 1896, sheet) with no annotation, and remains unnamed on subsequent editions.
