The tenant removed the foundations of the Castle 'some years ago'.
Name Book 1866.

The site of this castle is in an arable field. There are no extant remains.
Visited by OS (RD) 20 March 1964.

Nothing is visible of 'Fiddes Castle' the supposed site of which is situated in a cultivated field.
