Accessing Scotland's Past Project

Photographs taken in the 1970s show Nos 49 and 51 Main Street, in Swinton.

Built of sandstone rubble masonry, the building stands two storeys high. The roof, which is slated, shows evidence of alteration. The chimney-stacks are brick.
