Thurso, 2nd Sept. The MOY, O'Grady, of Limerick, laden with oats, was wrecked on the Isauld Rocks, 10 miles to the Westward: crew drowned.

The location assigned to this record is essentially tentative. Isauld Rocks (Rock) are not noted on the 1999 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map. The name may apply to some or all of the numerous rocks that are indicated around the E side of Melvich Bay.
The loss of this vessel may have occurred within the area of map sheet NC96NW.
