Accessing Scotland's Past Project

Nos 41-43 Roxburgh Street is an early nineteenth-century three-storeyed building, with shops occupying the ground floor. These were probably a late nineteenth-century addition to the building, and part of the original pilastered shop front can be seen at No 43. The upper floors of the tenement building have been rendered and worked to resemble roughly cut blocks of stone.
