NN53SE 25 c. 571 330

(Area NN 571 330) "Prominent tumps with much rocky material in them, looking quite as though they might have been burial-mounds" lie behind the schoolhouse and immediately above Tom na Croiche (NN 5719 3304) (OS 6" map (1861) and also about 200 yds up the hill beyond Fingal's Stone (NN53SE 15).

On an undulating hillside are numerous natural mounds, some of which have the superficial appearance of cairns.
