Dunbar, 8th Oct. The COMPETITOR, of Kincardine, Fotheringham, from Hartlepool to Cronstadt [Saint Petersburg, Russia], was stranded this morning 3 miles East of this place, having sprung a leak in a heavy gale from ENE.
