In 1970 Mr A C Hunter brought to the Royal Museum of Scotland (RMS) pieces of worked bone, hammerstones and a stone trough, which had been found at the corner of the track that turns sharply N from the village street at the Gospel Hall.

Project Coastal Assessment Survey of Orkney
Notes A number of artefacts were accidentally uncovered beside a track which runs beside the Gospel Hall in 1970. The finds include worked bone, hammerstones and a stone trough (Clark, 1970). The site is not now visible.
