Stranraer, 1st Dec. The FRANCES (schr.), Bailey, of and from Belfast, for Maryport, in ballast, came on shore, yesterday, in Kilstay bay, Mull of Galloway: no damage sustained as yet, but if the stormy weather continue she will probably become a total wreck: crew saved.
