(NR 6439 4828) The site of two of the three cairns on Cnoc na Croise mentioned by Pennant (1774). They are said to have lain 7.5m apart, to have been 4m in diameter and to have contained cists (Anderson 1939).

Cairns, Cnoc na Croise, Gigha (Sites).

Nothing remains of the three cairns mentioned by Pennant (1) on Cnoc na Croise, 400 m W. of Ardminish. It is recorded, however, that two of them, which lay 7.5 m apart, were each 4 m in diameter and contained cists (2).
