NR65SE 15 6557 5245

(NR 6557 5245) Anderson (1939) mentions a cist, known locally as 'The Old Wife's Grave', situated on the public road aobut 185m N of the standing stone (NR65SE 22); the covere slab was approximately level with the surface of the road. When the road was being remade the cist was found to be 1.1m long, 0.8m broad and about 0.6m deep, but it contained no relics.

Nothing can now be seen of it.
