Archaeology Notes

NS66NW 24 62 65.

Two Roman coins, a sestertius of Commodus (180-192 AD) and a bronze coin of Macedonia as a Roman province, were dug up by boys in the Alexandra Park, Glasgow (NS 62 65) and were submitted by G Maxwell, 7 Alexandra Avenue, Stepps, on 25 May 1955.
