A large circular cairn 50' in diameter and 6' high, rather dilapidated and surmounted by a surveyors' cairn but there is no indication of its having been excavated.
RCAHMS 1912, visited 1911
NX 2523 6871. A cairn generally as described by the previous authority. It measures 18.0m in diameter and has a maximum height of 2.2m. The name could not be confirmed locally.
