OS 6" map (1957)

Sorbie Old Kirk was built c.1750, with major repairs in 1760 and 1824. It was replaced in 1874-5 by the new parish church at NX 4679 4636. It measures 55'2" by 22'4", with a projecting N wing 20'2" by 18'3". The walls remain to their original height.
