This farmstead, which is situated 850m NW of Meikle Drumbreck farmstead, comprises a building with an enclosure on the S. The building, which has four compartments, measures 30.4m from ENE to WSW by 4.8m transversely within mortared-rubble walls, 0.7m in thickness and up to 0.5m in height. The entrance is on the WNW. The building is depicted as roofed on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Lanarkshire 1864, sheet iii) and labelled Little Drumbreck, but had been abandoned by the time of the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Lanarkshire 1899, sheet iii).
